THE ROLE
We are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic person with high standards and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with others to join our school. The Attendance and Inclusion Officer is responsible to and works under the guidance of the Deputy Headteacher to support and improve student attendance, behaviour and well-being. They will target help and support for students whose behaviour or attendance are of concern and contribute to providing a high level of pastoral care that supports student progress and attainment. It is an opportunity to make a real differences to student's lives.
