The Trustees and Governors of Sprowston Community Academy are seeking to employ an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to work within our Inclusion Team.
The Purpose of the Role
The Attendance (and Safeguarding) Support Worker plays a vital role in supporting children and families to improve school attendance, engagement, and wellbeing. The post holder will work closely with pupils, their families, school staff, and external agencies to identify barriers to attendance, promote safeguarding, and ensure children are safe, supported, and able to access education consistently. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is willing to work collaboratively in being proactive and motivated towards breaking down the barriers that prevent pupils coming into school.
