For April 2020, we are seeking to appoint a computer literate, efficient and highly motivated Attendance and Welfare Officer.
Dr Challoner’s has 1350 students, of which 420 are in the co-educational Sixth Form. The school was inspected in November 2019 and is only the third mainstream secondary school in the country to be judged Outstanding in a full section 5 inspection under the new Education Inspection Framework. It is regarded as
one of the leading grammar schools in the country.
To be successful in this rewarding role, you will need to be well organised, and have the ability to prioritise work and ensure that strict deadlines are met. Candidates will need to have the ability to remain calm in a busy environment whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.
This is an exciting new role in the school working with many stakeholders and therefore involves a great deal of communication, both verbal and written.
