Severn Academies Educational Trust is seeking to appoint two dynamic and motivated Attendance Assistants to join our dedicated teams. These roles are critical in delivering effective support to improve student attendance and punctuality, ensuring our students reach their full potential.

We currently have two vacancies available across our trust:

1 x Attendance Assistant based at Stourport High School & VIth Form College.

1 x Attendance Assistant based at Baxter College.

The postholder will work closely with the Attendance Officer and pastoral support teams to develop relationships with students and families, guiding interventions for improved attendance that supports their education and achievements. Working within the communities of Stourport High School & VIth Form College and Baxter College, you will help foster a culture of kindness and care while collaborating with the wider school community to meet and exceed the needs of the students in our care.

The successful candidate should demonstrate a proactive approach with excellent communication skills to work effectively with students, families, pastoral support teams, and other agencies. We are looking for ambitious individuals who remain committed to the core values of our schools
