What skills and experience we're looking for

Lady Lumley’s Academy are looking to appoint an Attendance Coordinator to join our academy in June 2026 on a permanent basis.

As an Attendance Co-ordinator, you will secure the beneficial and regular attendance of all students of the Academy by supporting students and families, liaising and working closely with other agencies. Where necessary carrying out the statutory duty of legal action, when parents do not deliver their commitments under the academy home school agreement and when all efforts to help improve school attendance have failed to secure the child’s regular attendance.

You will provide guidance and support for students at risk of exclusion and monitor progress against targets agreed with the DCSF and Local Authority.

Salary: Grade E Points 9 to 13 (£27,254 to £29,064 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £23,545.53.

Hours: 37 hours per week / Term Time only plus 5 days (39 weeks).
