Attendance, First Aid and Admin Officer job summary

We are seeking an organised, efficient and enthusiastic Attendance, First Aid and Admin Officer. The successful candidate would ensure effective and efficient administrative support for attendance; communication with families, helping to improve attendance rates; manage first aid for the school ensuring first aiders training is up to date, pupil records are correct and managing medicines; helping with the administration of enrichment trips. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has office experience and would like to work term-time only.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have at least two years office experience and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working in a school office would be an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure in a busy office and be professional at all times.
  • Is efficient and has a good eye for detail.
  • Shows compassion when dealing with pupils who are sick or injured.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team.
