We are looking to appoint a diligent and hardworking Attendance Improvement Administrator to provide and maintain effective attendance records. Working in collaboration with the Attendance Officer you will ensure continuity of response to cases of unsatisfactory attendance issues. This role will require interaction with families on the telephone and may involve some home visits.

You should have good numeracy, literacy and ICT skills, with excellent attention to detail. Experience of working with Arbor is desirable but not essential as training will be given.

The post is 20 hours per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays 8.30am - 4pm, Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm (with 30 minute lunch).
