Clarion Corvus Trust is seeking to appoint an Attendance Improvement Officer at Pakefield High School, Lowestoft. The successful candidate will improve and monitor student attendance working with Pastoral Leaders and other support team colleagues. You will track, monitor and support targeted students and their families; by making home visits and liaising with other outside agencies when appropriate.
We welcome applicants with a range of experiences, you will be someone who understands and enjoys working with young people, is well organised, flexible, adaptable and enjoys variety in your work. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate students and gain their respect.
