About this Role

To work closely with the Attendance Welfare Coordinator, providing information and analysis reports that guide decision making for improved attendance overall as well as in support of individual pupils.

This is a permanent role working 37 hours a week 39 weeks a year

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who has GCSE/NVQ level 3/4 or equivalent in English and Maths. Previous experience using Microsoft Office and able to produce, create and edit documents using Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. You must have experience of working in a school and administration team. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across a range of challenging issues and people including parents/carers, scholars, staff and members of the wider community.

Thomas Middlecott Academy is situated in Kirton, within the Borough of Boston, Lincolnshire.
Our academy is named after Sir Thomas Middlecott, who founded the first Free Grammar School in Kirton in 1624, and there has been a school serving our local community ever since.
The academy fosters sport as a huge focus but will also benefit from other opportunities as part of the David Ross Education Trust. This includes new IT systems, unrivaled enrichment opportunities and increased academic expectations.
