Attendance Lead job summary

Gilbert Inglefield Academy are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Attendance Lead for September 2025. The ideal candidate would lead, monitor and improve pupil attendance, ensuring that all pupils attend regularly and punctually in accordance with statutory requirements and school policy. The Attendance Lead plays a vital role in supporting student welfare and promoting a culture of high expectations.

Attendance Lead - NJC 11 - 15

Actual salary range - £23744 - £25332

Closing date - Wednesday 9th July, midday

Interview date - Tuesday 15th July
