Working pattern
- Full time (Can be done as a job share): Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday, 8am-4pm, Friday 8am-3.30pm. You will work 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time plus all INSET days, plus five additional days).

- £30,024 - £32,061 per annum (£26,523 - £28,323 per annum pro-rated).
What skills and experience we're looking for
At least five GCSEs or equivalent which must include at least a Grade C / Grade 4 in Maths and English.
Previous administrative experience demonstrating strong organisational skills.
Working knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and wellbeing issues in relation to young people
Experience of working in an office environment
A good relevant education to A Level or degree level
Previous experience working with children in a school/educational setting
Experience and knowledge of school data and information systems in a school environment
Quick to adapt to and take on new initiatives
A good understanding of the importance of attendance for children’s education
A drive to be part of a movement that will change the educational outcomes of students in an area of high socio-economic disadvantage
Ability to demonstrate literacy and numeracy skills, including attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise and problem solve to ensure that deadlines are met, whilst working under pressure
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to organise and prioritise workload and work on own initiative
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Ability to show compassion and sensitivity to colleagues, students and visitors when dealing with incidents
Have a willingness to extend skills through appropriate training
