About the Role
This is a very exciting time to be joining our Attendance team at Hungerhill. There is a wonderful mix of experience and talent in our Attendance department and, if successful, you would be working in a team which is hard working, dedicated, supportive and passionate about their role. As such, we are seeking an equally passionate, dedicated and proactive Attendance Officer to play a pivotal role in improving student outcomes by promoting excellent attendance across our school. This is a key position for someone who is passionate about making a difference, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and staff.
The successful candidate will
- Work on attendance strategy and interventions, ensuring every student is supported to attend regularly and punctually.
- Work closely with pastoral teams and external agencies to remove barriers to attendance.
- Be a confident communicator with a solution-focused approach and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
