Attendance Officer job summary

Details

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, hard-working, highly motivated person with excellent communication and organisation skills, as an Attendance Officer. The post will involve working with students, their families, and the Local Authority to improve and promote good attendance.

The ideal candidate will bring energy, resilience, and a genuine passion for working with young people. You will need to demonstrate the ability to build positive, productive relationships with pupils and their families and play a central role in their academic and personal development.
