Vacancy for Attendance Officer

Permanent, Part time (18.5 hours per week)

Term time plus one week (40 weeks per year)

We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.

We are seeking to appoint an Attendance Officer to work alongside the Administration Team to provide daily support for our students. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the attendance of all students, organising a daily check on children at risk of truanting and initiate and carry out periodical post-registration truancy checks.

They will also support school staff with general administrative tasks such as typing, filing, collating of data.
