About you

We are looking for an attendance officer to have:

Experience working in a school or similar setting

A good understanding of attendance procedures and safeguarding

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in working with families and external professionals

Strong organisational and IT skills

A calm, professional and solution-focused approach

Experience in an attendance, pastoral or family support role is desirable but not essential.
