We are looking for an experienced, committed, and enthusiastic individual with strong administration skills to lead on attendance management and monitoring systems.
This is a key role within our academy, and the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing attendance procedures, ensuring accurate record keeping and working proactively to improve student attendance. You will work closely with academy staff, parents, students, and outside agencies to promote the importance of regular attendance and support strategies for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven administrative experience, ideally in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.
- The ability to build strong, supportive relationships with families and external agencies.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
