Attendance Officer job summary
Attendance Officer/Pastoral Administrator
Contract : Permanent, Term-Time plus 5 INSET days
Pay Scale: H7 Scale Point : 19
We are looking to appoint a committed and responsible individual to the position of Attendance Officer/Pastoral Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and reporting of attendance for students in Years 7-11, together with additional administration support to the pastoral team.
The role will include daily liaison with students, parents and the wider pastoral and senior teams to ensure that student's whereabouts are closely monitored throughout the school day. which includes physically locating students if necessary.
Daily, and weekly reports are an essential requirement of the role, so the ability to regularly maintain databases and other school records is essential.
