If you’re passionate about leading on the strategic and operational management of attendance and punctuality, ensuring that all students are safe, present and fully able to access their education, we would love to hear from you.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience of working in a school or educational setting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience analysing data, producing reports and identifying key trends.
- A strong understanding of statutory guidance relating to attendance, safeguarding, and child and family wellbeing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive and professional relationships with pupils, parents/carers and colleagues.
