What skills and experience we're looking for

Essential:

  • Strong organisational and IT administrative skills.
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work calmly and professionally with students, staff, and parents/carers.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a busy environment.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in a school or education setting.
  • Familiarity with school MIS systems.
  • Understanding of attendance, punctuality, and behaviour processes
