Behaviour Administrator job summary

Salary Range: Endeavour MAT Grade 6 Point 17 - 21 (£26,500 - £29,200 Actual FTE)

Responsible to: Deputy Head Teacher

Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, Term time only plus 5 additional days (39 weeks per year)

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking to appoint a Behaviour Administrator to join our forward thinking, and successful staff team at Stone Lodge School on a Term Time basis as soon as possible. You will work collaboratively with Pastoral Well-Being Managers and Heads of Year to ensure that key information is shared, and robust record keeping is maintained.

Our ideal candidate will:

Be a confident and engaging person who can communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across the school community.

Possess strong IT skills, with an acute eye for detail.

Act as a role model and set high expectations of conduct to ensure that good behaviour is maintained.

Be willing to commit to the ethos and vision of the school including participating in the wider school community.

Commitment to safeguarding

At Stone Lodge our approach to safeguarding is child-centred and we consider at all times the best interest of the child.
We have a designated safeguarding lead, who provides support to staff members to carry out their safeguarding duties and liaises with other agencies such as children’s social care.
Mr Barnett is also a safeguarding lead and regular meetings are held to discuss any ongoing safeguarding or welfare concerns.
All staff members receive safeguarding and child protection training which is regularly updated.
