Behaviour Administrator and Support Assistant job summary
Required for September 2025, we are seeking to appoint a Behaviour Administrator and Support Assistant to support our behaviour and pastoral team. The successful candidate will provide a full administrative support service, including recording information relating to behaviour and enrichment in our information management system, as well as producing correspondence and being responsible for parent/carer communications in relation to the behaviour pathway.
The Behaviour Administrator and Support Assistant will also support the administration and supervision of the Academy inclusion room and provision. They will play a key role in ensuring staff are informed of any behaviour incidents in the Academy, ensuring a quick and efficient response to calls for behaviour support. The role will also involve supporting the behaviour of pupils by working effectively with other staff, families and carers to overcome behavioural obstacles to learning.
This is an interesting and varied role where no day is the same. We are looking for an individual who has strong administration skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will be confident in dealing with people at all levels and be flexible in their approach.
The working pattern for this position is Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:00pm and Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm. You will be working school term time plus one week which equates to 39 working weeks per year.

- Is an effective communicator both orally and in writing.
