Pay Scale Range: NJC Outer London scale point NJC11 (£31,074) to NJC17 (£33,912) - actual salary: NJC115 (£27,476 – FTE 0.87) to NJC 17 (£29,390 – FTE 0.87).Scale point on appointment will be dependent on experience.Plus, local government pension. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour and Inclusion Assistant to join our vibrant educational community. This role is pivotal in providing pastoral assistance to students and supporting the implementation of student support systems, particularly related to behaviour and inclusion.
This is an exciting role for a person with the relevant experience and knowledgeable in this field to join our successful school, which is sponsored by Russell Education Trust. The successful candidate will benefit from support from the Trust.
