Behaviour and Intervention Instructor and Forest School Lead job summary
We are looking to appoint and Behaviour and Intervention Instructor, who will also lead on Forest School, to join our passionate and hardworking team at Reach Academy.
Working closely with other colleagues, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and reviewing a number of holistic 1:1 or small group intervention programmes for learners with an EHCP, who have complex SEMH needs, helping them to achieve their full potential and supporting the process of transition into the next stage of education.
Acting as Forest School Lead, you will plan and deliver highly effective Forest School lessons to students.
