What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking a committed and passionate Behaviour Assistant to work within our large pastoral team at Marine Academy. You will be a key part of large team working with our students to ensure that their behaviour and mindset are exactly where we need them to be in order for them to succeed. This is a very rewarding role where you will have the ability to positively impact on our students in a proactive and positive manner.
You will need to be a patient individual with a passion to ensure that our students receive the support they need if they are to have the opportunities to succeed after their education with us comes to an end. You will work within the behaviour team to ensure that our high expectations of students are met at all times. Starting date to be as soon as possible after interview.
