We are seeking to appoint and experienced and dedicated individual to this key role within our Learning Provision Team. Alongside supporting attendance, learning behaviours, health and wellbeing you will also deliver coaching, mentoring and targeted interventions to students across all year groups.
The successful candidate will be:
- an experienced practitioner within a school setting
- have a proven track record of successful pastoral support.
- will understand the relevant behaviour and consequences frameworks
- will have experience of the referral process for additional services
- demonstrable experience of working with relevant staff to develop, support and deliver high quality interventions.
