Behaviour for Learning Manager job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our Team.

The primary focus of the role is for the management of an efficient and effective Behaviour for Learning system, providing a confidential, administrative, and pastoral and community liaison function. You will ensure the behaviour system is adhered to and be the lead point of contact for pupil welfare, in conjunction with the Phase Leaders. The post holder will be expected to take responsibility for dedicated areas of work within the department, whilst providing support to other team members.
