Pay scale: H5/6 (SCP 9-19) £25,119 - £29,777 paid pro rata for hours and weeks worked
Hours: 8.00am until 4.00pm 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Weeks: 38 weeks term time plus 1-week (39 weeks) 0.8554692 FTE
Actual salary: £21,488.53 - £25,473.30 (includes holiday entitlement)

We have an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our talented support staff team. The Behavior improvement Officer will work as a member of the school’s pastoral team, alongside teaching staff and the Special Educational Needs Department to ensure that every student achieves their potential through the provision of targeted support and intervention.

Has successful recent working experience within a pastoral/behavior environment with children of relevant age
Has good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate with a wide range of people
Has a flexible and adaptable approach to working in a very busy environment

Works hard, is enthusiastic and self-motivated
