Behaviour Intervention Worker job summary

We are seeking to appoint a Behaviour and Intervention Worker to join our team at Enrich Academy.

The postholder will support and develop pupils with complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and SEND needs in their successful participation in learning. The role aims to develop pupils and their social skills to promote integration with peer groups whilst securing their physical and emotional wellbeing and encouraging their independence and raising self-esteem.
