Behaviour Manager job summary
Are you passionate about making a difference in young people's lives? We're looking for an exceptional Behaviour Manager to lead our behaviour and pastoral support provision, helping to create a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment where every student can thrive.
In this highly visible leadership role, you'll manage our behaviour team, drive positive behaviour strategies, analyse key behaviour data, and work closely with staff, families and external agencies to support student success. You'll play a vital role in shaping school culture, coaching colleagues, leading interventions, and ensuring high standards of conduct, attendance and engagement across the school.
We're seeking a resilient, compassionate and proactive professional with experience of working with young people, strong behaviour management skills, and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion. Hours of Work: 37 Hours per Week, Term Time Only (including training days)
