Job Title: Behaviour Mentor
Contract Term: Permanent 32.5 hrs per week, term time
Salary: Grade 5.12-15 £17,955 - £20,221 pro rata (£21,269- £23,953 FTE)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full time
We are looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor. This would be someone who excels in creating positive relationships with our young people. You would be supporting them through behaviours and their emotional/ social needs throughout the day. You would need to be robust as this role is physically and mentally demanding.
