Behaviour Support Assistant job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and compassionate individual to support the leadership and teaching staff as a Behaviour Support Assistant at Bradon Forest School.

This vital role involves working closely with some of our most vulnerable students to ensure they receive a comprehensive and tailored education. You will be instrumental in building trusting relationships, upholding the centre’s code of conduct, and collaborating with families and external agencies to monitor and enhance each student’s educational journey.
