Behaviour Support Coordinator job summary
Alde Valley Academy (part of Kingfisher Schools Trust) is the fastest growing secondary school in Suffolk due to the high expectations we have of our staff and students. We are situated in Leiston, a small town not far from Saxmundham and Aldeburgh and close to the beautiful Suffolk coast.
We are looking for a Behaviour Support Coordinator to join our pastoral team. This role requires a calm, patient individual with strong interpersonal skills, who is able to establish clear boundaries while building positive working relationships. Experience of working with young people in an educational setting would be advantageous. The hours of work in this post are 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term-time + two weeks)
The successful candidate will:
