Behaviour Support Coordinator job summary
Behaviour Support Coordinator
We are looking to recruit a Behaviour Support Coordinator (3 days per week) to join our inclusion team as a job share, and work closely alongside our high performing pastoral team.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
• An ability to work with and supervise groups of young people.
• Strong behaviour management skills including an ability to form excellent working relationships with young people.
• An ability to break down tasks / activities to assist students who might find learning difficult.
