We are looking to appoint a Behaviour Manager.
As Behaviour Manager, you will be committed to fulfilling the potential of each and every pupil, no matter what their educational needs (including emotional and social difficulties, autistic spectrum conditions and speech and language communication difficulties), you will share the belief that all young people are capable of achieving great things. With a focus on attendance, behavioural, pastoral and welfare issues.
This post needs someone with lots of resilience, confidence and aware that we have some challenging behaviours.
