What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated person to the Behaviour Support role to be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a Behaviour room. If you are interested in making a measurable difference to the lives of young people, then this could be the perfect role for you.

What the school offers its staff

The successful applicant will maintain a positive learning environment, support students to access the curriculum and manage their behaviours in the classroom. If successful in your application to this rewarding role you will become a key member of the school’s Student Support Team, liaising with parents/carers, staff and students to support the behaviour for learning policy and pastoral systems across the school.
