Behaviour Support Worker job summary
Beckfoot Upper Heaton is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about making a real difference to young people’s lives. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing, safety, and inclusion of our students. Working closely with staff, families, and external agencies, you will support in creating a school environment where all students feel supported, understood and able to succeed. We are looking for someone who:

- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport

Permanent, Full Time, Term Time Only plus 5 days, 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 3.30pm on Friday.
