Permanent Scale: C1
37 hours per week term time only plus 5 days
Actual Salary Range: £18,888 - £20,854 per annum
Required from September 2022
This is an exciting opportunity for a Behaviour Support Worker to join our off-site provision Team, ELECT, where you will be supporting the learning and delivery of an alternative curriculum to our KS3 & KS4 students both at our off-site provision ELECT and Temple Moor Main Site. You will be flexible with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working in support of young people.
As a Behaviour Support Worker you will be required to:
• work with individual students and small groups
• monitor students’ behaviour and academic progress
• support other staff to help build a positive learning environment
• be able to work independently and as part of a team
• show a positive attitude and a resilient nature
