Behaviour Support Worker job summary
We are seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to join our dedicated team. You will work closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and external professionals to support pupils with additional behavioural and emotional needs. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, empathetic, and passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Assist the school behaviour lead with managing student behaviours
- Assist, plan and implement interventions to support students learning and development
- Work closely with teachers and teaching assistants to implement strategies, share information, and ensure a consistent approach to supporting our student
- Support the SENCO in collecting and analysing data to track student progress
- To liaise with parents, carers and outside agencies with regards to confidential/sensitive information and complex issues

Actual Salary: £21,774 - £23,988
Working hours: 35 hours per week – Term time only 38 weeks plus 5 days
