Behavioural & Pastoral Lead job summary
The successful candidate will be a dedicated, energetic, enthusiastic and caring professional with the ability to build relationships with children. The ability to work as part of a team and under your own initiative is important. The successful candidate must be able to show excellent organisational and communication skills with children and colleagues. Candidates must be able to show compassion, patience, trustworthiness and reliability.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to contribute to the shaping of a significant area of development for our school.

The post is 37 hours per week, term time only plus 5 training days.
Salary – G5 12 – G5 15 = £22,752 - £ 25,064 actual, gross per annum.
