Berkswell Before and After School Club - Setting Lead job summary

The Before & After School Leader will be responsible for the day to day management, organisation and running of the Breakfast & After School provision. This will be in close and full conjunction with the Manager of Berkswell Before & After School Club.

To work with all setting staff to ensure that a caring and stimulating environment is provided for children that takes into account individual development needs and enables children to reach their full potential.
