Create the kind of place children can’t wait to come back to.
At Alphington Primary School, we know some of the most important parts of a child’s day happen outside the classroom.
The warm welcome before school. The game they talk about all evening. The quiet reassurance after a difficult day.
The adult who helps them feel safe, included and excited to join in.
These moments matter.
We are looking for a caring, organised and enthusiastic Wraparound Manager to lead our Wraparound provision and help create a space where children aged 2–11 can play, relax, explore and thrive.
This is far more than supervising a club. It’s about creating an environment full of energy, creativity and care - somewhere children feel happy, secure and genuinely valued at the start and end of every school day.
At Alphington, we strive to provide the very best environment for children to aspire, achieve and flourish. We are proud of our caring and inclusive ethos, where every child is known as an individual and relationships with families are genuinely valued.
Visitors often comment that our ethos can be felt the moment they walk through our doors. Our school is full of warmth, creativity and ambition. We believe children flourish when they feel safe, supported and inspired - and our Wraparound provision plays an important part in making that happen.

- ensure children’s wellbeing, safety and safeguarding remain at the heart of everything
