FREELAND CE PRIMARY SCHOOL

Wraparound Leader Grade 5/6 Required to start January 7th 2025 Freeland Primary School are looking to appoint a leader for our wraparound care Monday to Thursday 7.30-8.45am and 3.30-5.30pm Additional hours as Lunchtime Supervisor possibly available. We are looking for someone who:

Has a clear vision for running a successful Wrap Around Care service for families

Is an effective communicator

Is well organised and can model good practice

Can plan and deliver a wide range of multi-activity sessions

Work as part of a team to ensure the safe and effective delivery of activities.

Maintain a positive team culture and fun child-friendly atmosphere

Help promote the service and the activities to parents and children As a leader you will:

Plan and prepare for activities

Create a meal plan for the week and create a list of ingredients

Write and update risk assessments for activities

Liaise with parents and carers

Ensure that everyone working in the service provides an excellent experience for the children.

Follow school’s policies

Ensure the dedicated space is kept to a high standard

Plan and sort cover for all sessions

Follow schools safeguarding procedures to safeguard pupils and staff
