- First Aid training.
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Ability to supervise and manage a group of children.

- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting.
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare preferred and First Aid certification required./

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Breakfast Club Assistant, providing a supportive and engaging start to the school day for children in our breakfast club program.
- Assisting with the daily running of the Breakfast Club, including setting up and clearing down, preparing and serving breakfast, and supervising mealtimes.
- Providing a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children to enjoy their breakfast and activities.
- Supporting children with their individual needs and well-being.
- Working collaboratively with the Breakfast Club Manager, other staff, and parents.
- A passion for working with children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5 hours per week (1.25 hours per day 7.30 to 8.45 a.m.) Term Time 38 Weeks, Fixed Term to 31stAugust 2026
