Breakfast Club Assistant job summary

Salisbury Road Primary School is looking for a Breakfast Club Assistant who can provide high-quality care for children in a safe and nurturing environment. The Breakfast Club Assistant will be responsible for delivering a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for the children attending the club.

We are looking for a Breakfast Club Assistant who will:

  • Help to prepare breakfast, clean the club room and toys, reporting any damages and tidying up etc
  • Support the development of independent social skills
  • Help to implement positive behaviour strategies
  • Liaise with parents to enable the effective operation of the club
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Salisbury Road is two form entry primary school that serves the locality of St Judes, near the city centre. We are situated in a large, three-storey, Victorian building in the heart of the community, and work closely with many local partners.
