Breakfast Club Leader job summary

Salary: BG5, N4-5, £3,526 - £3,582 (FTE £24,404 - £24,790)

Working Hours: 6.25 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 7.30am – 8.45am)

Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only

Nova Primary School is looking for a creative and fun individual who has a love of supporting young people, and is well organised to lead the Breakfast Club team. The Breakfast Club has become increasingly popular, and they are now looking for a Lead to join their team to manage the running of the Breakfast Club and continue to provide a safe, welcoming and engaging environment for children attending the Early Bird’s Breakfast Club.

About the Role

To be responsible For Breakfast Club Assistants, and to be responsible for the day to day organisation of the Early Birds Breakfast Club, including set up of the club each day prior to children attending.

To develop and maintain a safe and stimulating breakfast setting to include structured creative, physical, learning and play activities alongside the provision of a healthy breakfast offering (provided by our catering contractors).

To be the lead member of the club ensuring that children’s attendance at the club is registered.

Increase attendance at the club by promoting activities on a regular basis.
