Business and Economics Teacher job summary

Learning Business at Ashlyns: Students have the opportunity to study GCSE business courses which provide the framework to naturally progress to A Level Business. In Business, studied at KS4 and KS5, we aim to educate students in the wider business world, and inspire them through the study of real-world business. The course has been designed to engage students through topics that are relevant in today’s society from technology to Covid 19.

The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). They should have knowledge of the National Curriculum and be able to use a range of strategies to promote learning and manage behavior.

The school is looking for someone with enthusiasm, integrity, and strong team-working skills. They should be flexible, reliable, and well-organized.

Desirable qualities include the ability to use data to inform planning and improve student performance, and an innovative and creative approach to their job role.
