Are you looking to be part of a large academy Trust, that is seeking innovation to secure a sustainable future?
GLF Schools is seeking to recruit an experienced and imaginative Business Professional to identify and deliver the next phase of business development across our Trust.
Your opportunity
We are looking for an individual that has a proven track record of business development and project management who can take an entrepreneurial approach to identifying solutions, whilst remaining true to our core purpose of providing our children and young people with the best start in life.
This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity to not only work closely with some of our 41 schools, spread across the South East from Oxfordshire to Croydon, but also to become a key member of the Trust’s central team.
This post may be based in either of our central offices in Banstead or Camberley; we support colleagues to work flexibly, and this role may be carried out remotely. An important aspect of the role will be to build positive relationships with each of our schools, and to understand the opportunities for each of our school sites, therefore a willingness and ability to travel will be essential.
We are looking to recruit for a full-time post but would consider applications for a part time position as a job share or a term time only contract; please state clearly on your application if you are looking for a part time or term time position.
We are looking for candidates located in any of our 3 regions, listed below:
West and Oxfordshire - Camberley, Sunbury, Wokingham, Lightwater, Banbury, Didcot
Central - West Ewell, Cheam, Banstead, Epsom
South East - Wandsworth, Croydon, Caterham, Merstham, Redhill, Crawley, Horsham
What we are looking for
Someone who has;
The ability to juggle priorities within a diverse portfolio of work
Experience of developing and delivering projects, ideally within an education or not for profit environment
Experience of grant writing and securing sponsorship
A track record of delivering high quality service
Experience of relationship management
Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with a variety of stakeholders
Enthusiasm and commitment to working as part of a team
