What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who:
- Can manage key school administration tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Is organised, proactive and able to prioritise a varied workload.
- Communicates clearly with staff, parents, contractors and the Trust team.
- Can handle finance processes such as invoices, payments and basic reconciliations.
- Is confident managing HR admin, staff records and required census returns.
- Pays attention to detail in safeguarding, data protection and health & safety compliance.
- Can support site operations, lettings and contractor liaison when needed.
- Is flexible, reliable and committed to supporting the smooth running of the school.
