• Deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons that engage and challenge students 
• Plan lessons that build on prior attainment and support all learners to succeed 
• Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and inform teaching 
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental success 
• Create a positive, structured learning environment with high expectations 
• Play a full role in academy life and uphold the Oasis ethos

We are seeking a teacher who: 

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) 
• Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for Business Studies 
• Can motivate and inspire students of all abilities 
• Uses data effectively to support student progress 
• Is a reflective practitioner committed to continuous improvement 
• Shares our commitment to inclusion, high expectations, and student wellbeing
