We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive administrator to support our school office. If you enjoy helping people, keeping things running smoothly, and being a welcoming first point of contact, this could be the perfect role for you.

Aim and main purpose of the role:

Provide efficient and reliable administrative support to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the school, including tasks such as photocopying, filing, emailing and managing documents.

Maintain accurate manual and digital records, ensuring timely data entry into school systems to support essential school processes and statutory requirements.

Act as a professional first point of contact for visitors, parents, pupils and staff by delivering a welcoming and effective reception service.

Support the organisation and coordination of school activities and events, such as trips, photography days and extracurricular opportunities.

Handle key administrative responsibilities safely and accurately, including mail management, cash handling following policy, and supporting attendance‑related processes.
